- IF YOU NEED PRAYER – for anything, or if you are having surgery, or have lost a loved one, please let the church office know so we can be praying for you. It can be a private prayer request, or we can list you on our Prayer List or add your name and address under the Prayer List with an upcoming surgery or recovering from surgery. We do this so people can be praying for you and so they can reach out to you with a card, text, or phone call, letting you know they care. We pray on Tuesday morning for prayer requests in our weekly meeting as well as individually and we are happy to pray for you.
- CLARITY SEPTEMBER BABY BOTTLE CAMPAIGN will begin here Sunday, September 6. We will have a table set up in the lobby next week for you to pick up bottles and either donate change, checks or cash in them, to help the families in need.
- WHAT'S ON WEDNESDAYS (WOW) has resumed on Wednesday evenings. Join us for dinner & Bible study. We will also have activities for the kids! Dinner begins at 5 PM - 6 PM. Bible study classes will begin promptly at 6 PM. Thanks so much to all who make these Wednesday nights of fellowship possible!
- LUNCH WITH THE PASTOR will be next Sunday, September 20th immediately following the service. If you are new to Central Christian Church, have questions about what we believe, or are considering membership here, you are invited to a lunch in the Library with Pastor Josh. If you could kindly call the church office at (812) 522-4211, so we can plan on you for lunch that day, we would appreciate it.
- PRAYER NIGHTS – Join us for our upcoming nights of prayer. This is a great opportunity to come together as a church body united under Christ and simply talk to God together. Starting Monday, September 21st at 6:30 PM at Central Christian Church (1434 W 2nd St, Seymour, IN 47274). Hope to see you there!
- SPECIAL WELCOME LUNCHEON – We are having a special welcome luncheon for Pastor Josh, Jenn, Noah & Jack on Sunday, September 27th immediately following the service in our Fellowship Hall. We are so happy and blessed to have them here! The church will provide meat, drinks and tableware. Please sign up to bring a main dish/casserole, salad, veggie, or dessert by filling out the sign-up sheet in our lobby or calling us at (812) 522-4211.
- TIME FOR A CHANGE BOOTH – Join us at the 2026 Oktoberfest in Seymour, IN on October 1st-3rd!! We are looking for volunteers for our Time for a Change diaper changing & nursing station booth from 11 AM - 9 PM (2-hr time slots). This is an invaluable resource for fest goers. Over the years, we have cultivated a safe and clean space for hundreds of families to take care of their little ones while enjoying their time at Oktoberfest.
